JohnsonSaward Interiors ...
Owner Amy Saward started her interior design career in Europe renovating French country homes & Manor Houses. Working with century old properties bring great design and restoration challenges and Amy has always been able to enhance the homes interiors while respecting the history and original architecture of each property. Ensuring clients are well satisfied with their design requests.
These European projects included major renovations and room additions to properties as well as finishes (paint, carpet, tiling, etc.) and final staging. All of these renovated properties were later sold at profit.
Since her return to California, Amy has been strongly influenced by Palm Springs architecture and minimalist interior designs. Today Amy uses her European background and Mid Century Modern influence to bring a unique and personalized style to her client’s homes, restaurants, and businesses. There is no design project to big or little for the ultimate design project.
Amy Saward is equally comfortable working with antiques, chic mid-century furniture, or up to the minute contemporary pieces, projects span many styles and time frames. Known for individual design rather than a rubber-stamp look, she believes in working with the client to best define their needs and preferences that remain in keeping of the architecture of a home.
